Experience West Coast inspired menus while taking in the stunning water, city and mountain views from our marina-side Blue Hat Bistro at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. A la carte and fixed price menus are prepared fresh daily by professional culinary and baking & pastry students with guidance from a team of globally trained and experienced chef-instructors.
Our 3-course menu features a starter, an entrée and a dessert for just $26 at lunch and $35 at dinner. On weekends, Brunch is served until 2pm.
On the first Friday of every month, our popular market fresh and seasonal West Coast Buffet takes place - $33 Lunch; $44 Dinner; 1/2 price for children ages 5-12. Reservations for the buffet are recommended and can be made up to one month in advance.

Complimentary guest parking (limited, first come first served) is available at 1515 West Second Avenue. There are 8 spots during the day on level 1 and after 6pm 30 more spots open up on level 2. Parking is also available on Granville Island (3 hour time limit).
